My favorite video of 2012 might be Justin Bieber's "Beauty and a Beat," because i know some of the synchronized swimmers in it -- and that party looks like a lot of fun, no matter what you think of Justin's music. (My 2013 resolutions definitely include taking more synchronized swimming classes.)
